room cleaning was hit and miss. towels were replaced but the sheets were not changed and on two occasions dirty cups were not changed there was much evidence of housekeeping in the hall but not much action in the room - a couple of times we returned after two or three hours and the room had not been serviced The location is absolutely excellent and the room is surprisingly spacious The pillows were comfortable and the airconditioning/heating was easy to operate and performed appropriately reception were happy to supply more milk and clean cups when requested but we should not have had to ask Proper mugs, not tiny cups and a slow closing toilet are always a great find in a hotel

I honestly have nothing good to say about this place. Incompetence on another level. I stayed for two nights, couldn’t sleep the first night due to room noise that staff refused to attend to.
