I had to give one star because i could not put in a minus star rating. Every bad review you read on her is absoutley true/correct, only my review would be not as complementary. The place is disgustingly, appallingly dirty, turn doen the sheets....you see blood stains on the sheet....yes stomach turns.... when the night manger final agrees to bring you a sheet etc he bullied intimidated and threatend. We had a Premium room, wow imagine how ordinary a standard room would be. All i can say is wish we had seen/read the reviews before booking. So do yourself s favour, trust us, learn from mistake and DO NOT stay here.

Room was very dirty. I took a bunch of pictures because it was hard to believe it's a considered a 4 star hotel. Shower tiles were orange from grime, it was disgusting to stand it, it clearly hasn't been cleaned it ages. Opening windows - old spider webs. Bathroom vent had very only layer of dust. Shower had no railing for 5 towels, 1 rail for a medium towel only. Shower had a terrible old shower head and no water pressure. Room had dust all over the carpet and clearly hasn't been vacuumed properly. Bed cover had orange oil stains. Air conditioner was leaking streams of water onto the carpet after 30 min of use. It kept dripping for an hour. No room service. A 'mini bar' is a small tray with a kettle, 2 cups, 2 glasses and 2 wine glasses and overpriced snacks that you can buy at a Woolworths metro across the street. No 'breakfast making facilities' in the room, it's just an IKEA desk and a mini fridge in an IKEA wardrobe that has a back wall broken so that the fridge would fit in it. It had an iron and an ironing board, it had a safe as well. Wall switches only turn one bed light on and off instead of both which is just odd wiring. Complimentary hand wash and body wash were empty, so we bought our own. Brown stains on the bathroom wall and the toilet paper roll, which is straight up disgusting. Shower head was so old it sprayed water all over the floor and the toilet because the shower had only a screen not a door. Curtains had many stains, one of them was white..ew.. don't even want to think how that got there. 'Mini bar' menu had dirty finger marks all over, I think it's pretty easy thing to replace so why leave it so neglected? The sink flooded every day, I imagine if they didn't clean the floor why use drain cleaner in the sink people probably shave all the time, right? After I saw how filthy the room was I checked mattresses for bed bugs, thankfully it was just old yellow mattresses, no bed bugs only the stains. Overall it was a terribly dirty room, we were there for 4 days, and the location is the only reason we chose it. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Good Luck!! The hotel has brutal wifi, I learned on my 5th day from teh Asst Manager that only local sites are not blocked. All otheers were blocked. I had to go to McDonalds to book an airline tix. After 2 days I wanted to leave because I needed wifi, manager refused to let me leave and refund my nights. Unethical.and pathetic. When asking for the manager the asst manager started to yell at me and said I shoudlnt complain, I of course yelled back then walked away from the desk, he came from behind the desk chased and threatened me. WOW, For the manager reading this it was 2pm Monday Jan 26 so check your camera. Also no maid sevice for the week I was there, I had to ask her on the 5th day. Id rather sleep on the street.
