This motel is like a few others about 600 metres from the Rural City of Swan Hill's centre.
It has a larger than normal pool (for a motel), mini-golf and a half size tennis court. These were all maintained well.
The room was dated: lounge type chairs that were too low for the table and a flyscreen in the bathroom that looked like it had not been cleaned in years.
At one stage a couple of the lights went out.
We slept well with the doona thankfully being covered by a top sheet.
The shower was fine: a good supply of hot water.
Internet was slow.

Room was noisy; fridge was frosted over and door didnt shut; I could hear the shower from the next room at 3am in the morning keeping me awake. I was told it was a " budget " room at $135.00 a night. I asked for a different room when l arrived as it was on main road with trucks, and was told, "NO" even though there were clearly free rooms. I asked for a voucher or refund as l had no sleep. I was told "NO".

The word Resort congers up images of a well appointed clean classy place to stay. At $189 for a Superior Kung room, bit was I horribly disappointed for the money.
The place is just dirty, grubby and old.
My room was probably the same.
Cutlery only one fork.
Crockery mismatched.
Sheets did not fit bed.
Spa was putrid.
No milk in fridge for coffee.
Benches stained
Towels with mould I think.
Please see pictures.
For the money there are cheaper cleaner places to stay in SH. I won't be going back.
