Overall stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations. Food and beverage quality was poor (cold meals, limited drinks, cold coffee). Restaurant service lacked attention to detail. Premium pricing did not reflect the quality of service or experience.

What a lovely place to stay. Everyone and everything was top notch. The staff were friendly helpful and thoughtful. The food was wonderful, and we couldn’t fault it. We would have no hesitation in recommending Trawool Estate to friends and family. We will certainly be back again. It would have been nice to stay longer, sometimes time restrictions get in the way.

After driving past Trawool a dozen times or more over the years, we finally booked in for a night. We had an absolute blast. So many places to eat and drink, all warm and inviting during the colder months. The whole estate is immaculately refurbished, whilst maintaining the history of the building. The staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming. Trawool is perfect for a couples getaway or for getting a few friends together for a cocktail or two. Can't wait to return.
