I'd like to thank Preston at Gateway Wangaratta for his kindness and generosity. He helped make a birthday celebration extra special, and it was really appreciated. Preston was friendly, welcoming, and went out of his way to do something thoughtful. It's people like him that make a place stand out and make customers feel valued. We had to attend a birthday party at the Gateway so we decided to stay overnight. The rooms were clean and spacious, Julie ensured that we had everything we needed. The reception and wait staff were all first class. In fact, we have been to over 140 countries and all the Gateway team were second to none. We highly recommend this place to stay.

We have stayed here on several occasions over many years and can vouch for the quality of service and presentation. Everything works as it should - airconditioning, clocks, TV, booking, parking…. It should be a given, but many other motels fail on the basics! Thank you to the staff for your commitment to quality service and friendliness, from the excellent restaurant meals to the cleaning of our car windscreen. Well done!
