Ibis Styles Warrnambool Central Court

My wife and l found this motel in Warrnambool and it's staff, particularly Gerard, to be efficient, friendly and honest. The place was clean and very good car parking. Gerard went out of his way to find and return a small key that was misplaced whilst we stayed there. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Gerard, Mehid and staff.

We enjoyed two nights at this motel. We cannot fault the room or service provided by the owners. Great value for money would highly recommend

Looks can be deceiving. This place looks great on the outside and online, but the reality is sad. Our room was very very outdated. The blinds and curtains didn’t fit the windows properly, allowing outside light to flood - not filter - through, and there was a gap under the door. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, but clean and well made. Pack your own pillow because theirs were incredibly soft and uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a great amount of bench space. The shower was over what looked like a new deep bath. The rooms are incredibly noisy - not because of the location on the main road. We could hear everything from rooms several doors away and could hear every time someone used a toilet or shower in rooms above and beside us. There were several outside tables and chairs in the court yard but sadly no table to eat at in the room.
