Shiba Lane Apartments

Stayed for a week in 2br apartment. Great location close to Broome town centre and all shops. Both bedrooms have ensuite shower and basin.But only 1 toilet. Good kitchen and laundry facilities and nice big balcony. Only down side is no swimming pool which is really essential in Broome.

In need of a very good clean and revamp. We stayed in August 2012 and they were very disorganised inside the units, missing cutlery to the point they are hardly self contained, broken blinds, lights and lamps not working... not what you think your getting for a weeks holiday. To top it off they were filthy... YUK. We have complained and got a half clean but are still waiting for a responce from management. Stay somewhere else punters.... dont get reeled in by their glossy website.

This place is perfectly located right in the heart of Broome. Basically it's an almost new two bedroom self contained apartment in one of two blocks just 2 minutes walk from the main 'cafe strip' of Broome. Apartments either have views out over Roebuck bay or towards the centre of town and the airport. The organisation that runs it is called Broomestay (you can access them at www.broomestay.com), they are friendly, helpful and can organsie pickup from the airport although it's only about 10 minutes walk away. We had a great time, particularly relaxing on the balcony in the evening enjoying the views out over the bay.
