Best Western Hospitality Inn Carnarvon

I have stayed in some pretty poor places in my time but this was awful. The bed was comfortable despite the fact it was missing a leg and was propped up with two pieces of wood. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet looks to have been replaced recently because the stickers are still on it and below the toilet basin is brown with dirt. The shower was filthy and needs a clean. The entire bedroom is desperate for a refirb. Our experience in the dining room was poor. The main dining area had a party in attendance so we were pushed into a side room with a bar and rusty bar stools. Don’t look at the gallery pictures they are completely inaccurate, no table cloths, filthy windows and a bizarre YouTube video of American singers on the tv screen behind the bar. The food was okay but sent my desert back. I ordered affogato which arrived as a cup of instant coffee with a lump of ice cream, incredible! By 8.15pm the staff had gone so we were unable to order another drink and had breakfast being setup around us as we ate our meal. The walls of our room were paper thin and got little sleep. I will be contacting my agent when I get home because frankly I would not send anyone here. A very disappointing experience, thank god we only stayed one night.

Staying here is like visiting your Grandmother. Things are old, but they are very clean and keep up. Room was large. Shower was good with pressue and hot water. Loved the cookies provided with the tea. Breakfast was good with cereal and yogurt and fruit. Staff was very friendly. We were surprised at the location, just steps away from the water. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent and Sincere Service. Room Quality is very nice. Staffs are Polite. I am impressed. I will definitely come back again.
