The photos don't reflect the experience, and the staff seem used to complaints - and not addressing them. Room was dirty and not maintained (not cyclone damage, just no maintenance), bed linen had an unpleasant odour, onsite DJ until midnight - couldn't sleep. Amenities ot as advertised when booking. Thin walls. All in all, a terrible option

I can’t fault anything about this place. Was a perfect base for exploring Ningaloo. It isn’t anything fancy, a little dated, but very clean and had everything you need. Location was great- I stayed in the 2br unit and they are only a short walk to the shops or to get dinner. Staff were friendly- left my AirPods there and they handed them in and posted them back to me. Pool was closed due to cyclone damage, but they are clearly working on it and have a smaller one- was happier with a drive to the beach anyway. If you’re only in Exmouth for the whale sharks and not looking for fancy resort style getaway, this is your go to.

We stayed for three nights in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was quite expensive for what it was and felt quite basic, although it had the necessary facilities for a self contained unit. Each bedroom had two single beds. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. The bathroom and living area were small. The bathroom included a washing machine. Unfortunately, due to the recent cyclone, the swimming pools were all closed. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful as was a maintenance person who helped with the operation of a induction cook top which appeared to malfunction.
