Hoover House

Fantastic experience in the magnificent old heritage building.... It was very quiet and relaxing after a long day's work.... A big thumbs up from me..... I Love it.

It was a fantastic experience staying in this house right next to a minnow. Wendy from the Gwalia Museum was extremely nice and fascinated us with her enormous knowledge of the history of the mine and the Hoower House.

This was my second visit, this time I stayed for 5 nights, the accommodation is comfortable, very quiet and extremely well run. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Sitting on the wide veranda for breakfast and in the afternoon watching the sunset is an experience. I can honestly say the atmosphere there is alluring.
