Esplanade River Suites

Staff were great. Room was dirty,ended up buying cleaning products and spending nearly 2 hrs cleaning. tv didn’t work, hot tap to bath didn’t work. Room service tray left till the next night. Only one sheet on bed. No top sheet which I found weird in a 4 star hotel. AC was full of dust. Free breakfast for your stay is only in dining room. Buffet at 8am was empty had to wait 20mins for staff to refill. No coffee machine just drip coffee. Rooms are supposed to be sound proof but you can hear doors opening and banging closed, people talking. Cleaner banging around at 6.30am.

We recently celebrated a birthday at this hotel, and everything was absolutely magnificent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

I had gotten a single room there , the customer service was terrible , there was a racist word spoken. I’ve had a terrible experience at this service. Not good
