Crown Metropol Perth

The front desk staff attitude was as flat as pancake. There was however this lady called Valli, floor manager on 4th floor. This lady transformed our experience from gloom to glory. She greeted us with a smiley face, tried her best to rescue what was left of my birth day celebration. Her customer service was impeccable. She’s an asset to Crown. Crown metropol needs a few of you Valli.

Was a great experience. Excellent check in and parking. Atmosphere was nice with lots of places to eat. Room was spacious and clean.

Beautiful room and the most lovely amenities. The staff are very friendly and attentive to guests. Valley in particular was very sweet to myself and my daughters. Thank you we will be back again in the future.
