Unsafe and Unacceptable Experience My family and I stayed at Mont Clare Boutique Apartments on the night of 10th-11th November, and our experience was absolutely unacceptable. At 2:00 a.m., the overnight manager allowed three intoxicated strangers access to our room. This was not only a shocking breach of security but also an incredibly distressing experience, especially as we had our two-year-old daughter with us. What made the situation worse was the manager’s indifference. Instead of addressing the issue or prioritizing our safety, they merely questioned the trespassers about how they entered the building and walked away, leaving us feeling completely vulnerable. We were unable to sleep for the rest of the night and felt unsafe throughout our stay. I have since reached out to the hotel to address this matter and request compensation, but they have failed to respond. This lack of accountability and care is extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend Mont Clare Boutique Apartments to anyone, especially families. Security and guest safety should be a priority, and our experience made it clear that it is not.

Poor service - i understand that there is a policy for cancellations, but when the cancellation is out of the control of the person booking, there should be some consideration to why the sudden cancellation and work with the customer to come to an agreement for some sort of refund (just not a refund at all). The room could of been booked out again and we were considering rebooking, but because of the service we well not be using this accommodation again. Partial refund should of been considered at the least, considering the situation that was given. Do not book this hotel if you have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

Ive just read the recent reviews here and wished I had written this earlier so others could have avoided this hole of a place!! I stayed here about a year ago & see NOTHING has changed!! I arrived after hours & had paid for a bottle of wine to have in the room. Got into the room, no bottle of wine, the door to the bedroom was missing, the freezer was dirty & basically it was a crap room. I went out for dinner & came back & found my swap card did not work!! I called, called & called the emergency number & NO ONE answered. I ended up sleeping ON THE COUCH IN THE LOBBY!! which was dangerous as I had my hand bag with me people walking pass through out the night. Next morning, obviously very angry with the situation from the night, got offered bottle of wine for compensation, I didn't want that as I received my bottle that I already paid for. I said wanted a refund. The DRAGON OF A MANAGER said that I never called the emergency number as someone would had come & seen me. I called the number from my phone & sure enough the maintenance guy didn't have the phone on him, how convenient (not). They never refunded me as they claimed that they checked the phone & I never called. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want crap room & service with NO customer service.
