Regal Apartments

Stayed at Regal Apartments 2 bedroom, over CNY for 7 days. We found the room to be well maintained and clean. Bed was comfortable. Reception was very helpful in organizing a late check out time. Thank you Kiki. The Apartment is close to bus & train services. Will recommend Regal Apartment to our friends and colleagues.

Was only in Perth for 1 night and just needed something relatively close to everything at a reasonable price. On that note, the hotel did well. As far as everything else. The hotel is quite old. Decked out with 80's furniture & nothing really too modern. My biggest concern was the check in process - Got a text on the day that if we were going to arrive after 12:30pm (before the actual check in time of 2pm) we would have to send a text message or email with our license and credit card. This cannot be safe. But what choice do you have by that point. Sent it and received a code the lockbox where i found our key along with every other room booked that days key. Again, that cannot be safe. All in all it did the job for a reasonable price. Got a good nights sleep. Parking is available - $10 if you book direct through them & $22 if you do not book through them - But just pay the extra because there rate is usually a lot more than other booking websites

This place was a mess. The bad experience started when I contacted the place as requested due to our check in after normal reception hours. I never got a response. Fortunately when we got there someone else was just walking up and knew the code to get the keys. We took the elevator up, and then found that there were stairs to get up to our apartment. This was tricky with elderly parents and suitcases. Inside the place was rundown and in need of lots of love. We left after the normal reception hours supposedly started but never saw anyone at the counter. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere.
