West Beach Lagoon

This place was absolutely one of the worst Air BnB I have stayed. The place was filthy and had a dead mice odour. Mold in shower The bed linen had stains and towels were like cardboard The fly screen had a hole could not open door for fresh air due to the flys. Filters in the spa had not been clean full of grime no water pressure to fill spa. Host was unresponsive still waiting on our refund

I have been booking through the team for a few years now as I travel to WA frequently for work, I have always found them to be a fantastic group and very accomodating. Would defintley recommend them to make your holiday / work stay stress free . The accomodation is always exceptionally clean and close to all amentities, staying with MY Holiday WA has always been a very positive experience for me and will continue to utilise their services when I visit WA.

The worst experience ever! Old place, no lift, old wooden staircase, poor customer service, fulfil of dirty and dusty! I do not recommend tbis place to anyone who wishes a good place to enjoy and relax! The property manager turned out holidays into a nightmare and stressfull.
