⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Hotel with Truly Outstanding Staff I have stayed in hotels all over the world, but Hotel Aragia in Klagenfurt has provided one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. We arrived after one of the worst weeks imaginable. We had been driving from the UK to Albania when our car suffered a catastrophic engine failure. To make matters worse, the companies involved were incredibly unhelpful, leaving us with little communication, no real support, and an extremely stressful situation. Then we met Manuela. Manuela is an absolute angel. From the moment we arrived, she and her team went above and beyond anything we could have expected. They translated documents and conversations for us, helped us communicate with the garage, guided us through the situation, and made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their kindness and compassion turned an incredibly difficult experience into one we will never forget. The hotel itself is exceptional. It is spotlessly clean throughout, and it's clear that great pride and care go into maintaining it. The rooms are beautifully presented, immaculately cleaned, air-conditioned, and extremely comfortable. The facilities are outstanding. Complimentary tea, coffee, fresh juices, water, milk, and delicious cakes were available 24 hours a day, along with a vending machine for snacks. The breakfast was simply unbelievable. There was an incredible variety of fresh food including salads, fruit, fresh bread, pastries, eggs, fish, salami, ham, and so much more. The quality of the tea and coffee was also among the best I've had anywhere. Hotel Aragia is far more than just a place to stay—it is a place where the staff genuinely care about their guests. During one of the most stressful weeks of our lives, Manuela made us feel safe, supported, and looked after. Thank you, Manuela, and your wonderful team, for your care, kindness, and unwavering support. We will never forget what you did for us and will be forever grateful. If you're visiting Klagenfurt, I cannot recommend Hotel Aragia highly enough. It deserves every one of its five stars.

A super cozy hotel with air conditioning in every room, perfect service, good breakfast and free parking. Have nothing negative to report.

We stayed 2 nights. The room is clean. Quiet, despite our room looking at the main road. Bathroom is small but well equipped. Breakfast is plentiful. there is a large closet in the room. Bus stop 1 minute walk. You can get to the city center by bus.
