Due to the excellent location at the end of the lakeside promenade, you can reach the center on foot in just a few minutes, but the hotel itself is very quiet. The nearby Sol Beach is only audible until early evening. By boat, you can reach Pörtschach or Maria Wörth in about 30 minutes. The breakfast terrace with direct lake view is a highlight in itself, and the buffet leaves nothing to be desired.

An old hotel, with charm and good location! We were in the park for a wedding and I would sum it up like this: strenuous staff, nice location, clean - but it needs to be renovated and invested a little again. The food of the wedding was very good and delicious - breakfast buffet absolutely rich and plenty of choice! Otherwise absolutely ok.

The hotel has a fantastic location with direct lake access. From the sauna directly into Lake Wörthersee - nothing better. Rain or sun, you always enjoy the view of the lake. The hotel has some renovation needs, but this does not negatively affect the holiday. Criticism that nothing is being renovated belongs to the owner, not to the tenants. Because, knowing that the lease is only ever concluded for one year, it is also understood that the lessee will not invest large sums of money as he cannot be sure that he will get a new lease for next summer. I had a nice single room with huge terrace to myself (next room sharing the terrace was not occupied). Even from the bathroom you could go to the terrace! Breakfast buffet is a dream, everything and much more your heart desires. Especially great are the long breakfast times until 11.00 am. The staff are very nice, friendly and prudent. Hopefully, the owners will take some money in their hands and carry out necessary renovations before no tenant is found. There is no better hotel with this location and facilities in all of Velden.
