Excellent value for money. We paid £65/ for a twin bed en suite room with breakfast. Good breakfast. Walking distance to city centre about 10 minutes by the riverside. Lovely bathroom and comfy beds. Parking available for a small charge. Reception staff Emra deserves a five star award. Very friendly lovely and helpful. Lovely pizzeria is next door.

We are spending our nights in this hotel during the European Bike Week in Faak. Location is relatively close to the highway and the way to the Faaker Lake is also short. Parking garage also available. Since our last stay a pizzeria has opened in the building which makes your way to dinner shorter ;-) Convenient hotel for standard price. We like it.

Terrible experience! No AC, very uncomfortable bed with only one pillow, service isn't helpful or attentive, slow internet, floors are stained, furniture looks tired and outdated, and the location is far away from everything. Receptionist brought a fan but it was broken, then after check-out we requested for a taxi and he totally forgot to call one. Just one outlet to charge devices in the entire room, the phone doesn’t work to call the front desk, and the bathroom has just a soap dispenser to use. Stay away!!! A total scam.
