Incompetent reception - explained to us that we cannot charge e-bikes in the bike room because the outlets have been broken since the flood that happened a few years ago. The waiter at dinner addressed us with "du" (informal "you"). There is no decor in the endless hallways, and in the wellness area, the clock still shows winter time. Everything is extremely loveless and geared toward one-time tourists due to the proximity to Dürnstein; thanks, never again... The "garden suite" has a view of a withered, unkempt roof terrace.
