Appartments in der Josefstadt

Good location. Bus 13A to Vienna Central Station and Trams 43 and 44 to the center are steps away. There's also a taxi stand right outside the door. By tram it's only 4 stops or only a 15 min walk to the central ring road. Vienna is small and most of the main sites are walking distance from each other. Trams are very frequent of you're too tried at the end of the day to walk. Apartments have everything you need, although I suggest bringing your own toiletries. Linens and towels are fresh, clean and provided. Duvet was super cozy and comfy. The structure and the apartments could use a fresh coat of paint and perhaps a deep clean on the carpets but I think this place is so popular because it is convenient and has everything you need that it experiences more frequent wear and tear. Nothing that would stop me from staying there again. It was very comfortable and convenient and the staff were very friendly. One of the lights in the apartment were not working and they replaced it immediately.

Every aspect about these apartments is fine. They are spartan but comfortable. They are well located for city touring and are close to some fine restaurants. The only problem is the street noise at night. It’s almost unbearable. Sound sleep is a challenge.

I stayed here with my wife and two kids for 4 days.Although getting a key for room using code procedure is in my opinion too complicate we managed to get into apartment very quickly.It was two-room apartment and despite looking old it was actually very nice and cozy with all necessary things in kitchen and bathroom.Wifi was working fine too.The closest metro station is some 10min walking and apartment is surrounded by markets,shops and bars.The main issue for me was parking as I arrived by a car.There is only one parking place in a private garage and it was too small for my car,so I managed (and had big luck) to park outside in a street where it was free just because of holiday.If it wasn’t for free I had to go to a city garage (some 5 min of walking ) where unless you get a parking card from a apartment owner for 20eur/day you will pay almost 40euros/day.The rest was really fine,I would come again.
