Ibis Wien City

Negative: staff not very smiley, no minibar, no courtesy kit, no kettle, no tissues in the bathroom. Terrible elevator, slow and stops constantly. Hotel parking is expensive, but 400 meters away there is a public underground parking lot for 8 euros per. Day, and if you download the app you pay less; obviously they don't tell you. Rooms: not bad, maybe the bathroom is a bit small and without a shelf, outlets for charging the cell phone are not near the bed but they are efficient and clean. Breakfast: good. Nearby are two supermarkets and the subway. I only recommend it for the price...

Don't ever book this hotel in summer. The Air Condition doesn't work. After complaining they had given me a small fan and asked to adjust with it. Tough I had paid for an AC room I was asked to sleep using a Fan. If the management knows that AC doesn't work in some rooms they should not charge for it. Horrible experience. Will never visit again and will never suggest anyone to stay here.

Average hotel with quite ok rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fresh and good!!
