Imperial Hotel

The hotel has a very Nice Facade but is not worthy of the 5 star rating. The rooms are well appointed but the air-conditioning was noisy, the control panel did not work. We had a drink in the bar, we ordered Martini's, they brought us two Vodka's with olives. But later saw the bar tender pour them out of a bottle for someone else. Breakfast is ok, but not 5 stars, the first morning we just gave room our number which is standard. The last morning, we were given a bill, when I went to ask why the bill, when it was pre-paid the waiter said just sign it (rude). Overall, a very Disappointing Stay.

Our stay at Hotel Imperial Vienna on January 25, 2025, was truly magical. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, elegant, and full of history. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our experience unforgettable. We would highly recommend Hotel Imperial Vienna to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Vienna.

One of the most beautiful hotels we got to stay in during our trip to Europe in August! The location, the old world charm, the people.. everything is just perfect! We stayed in Elizabeth suite where the bath was bigger than a room in many hotel! What a beauty it was! On top of all, their cake tasting is an experience which surpasses all… there was a young gentleman (apologies for forgetting his name!) who took us through the ceremony.. it was a delight! Wish we had stayed longer here! May be next time!
