La Scala Apartments

The room is fine in terms of spaciousness and equipment, as well as the kitchen and bathroom.The towels and sheets were clean,but the rest of the apartment not so much.In the kitchen you could see traces of dirt in the drawers,the shower drain was dirty,the floor of the room very dirty (there was neither a broom nor a mop to at least be able to scrub). Not bad location The apartment is clean when we received it. However, there is no cleaning service - you need to pay for the service! The owner, his name is Mario Hofer, (the only one you will see - one-person show) does not know how to talk to tourists - he treats you like someone works for him - he is someone who I hated the hotel because of him. When I left the room, he sent me an email saying that he will deduct 100 euros because I left some food on the table and because I moved the sofa from one room to the other!!!! he is trying to gain money in all ways and thus, be careful when dealing with him.

I was very sceptical about this place based on some reviews on TripAdvisor. How wrong those reviews were. Very clean, extremely well maintained, safe modern studio that's close to the central station and belvedere palace. Very close to the tram station. Smooth check in and check out. Absolutely recommended.
