Motel One Wien-Prater

After a delayed flight and a taxi ride filled with traffic, I arrived directly at the hotel. The very friendly and professional check-in was slightly delayed. No reason for complaint, but rather for special mention! A couple was managed at the reception very professionally and empathetically, as they were concerned about a friend or acquaintance who had not been in touch all day. I received exactly "my room" with a view of the Prater, and the window could be opened for fresh air. The rooms are not too large but spacious. Small bathroom with enough storage space and a cosmetic set. Friendly service at the bar. I did not book breakfast and did not have time for it either. I will definitely catch up on that as soon as I am in Vienna again for a private trip. Checkout was quick, professional, and straightforward. This is what the perfect business trip looks like.

Never found a hotel so comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Close to the metro, right next to the Prater, bar service in the garden in the evening. Everything was very simple and intuitive. If I were to return to Vienna, I would choose it again.

Excellent location, particularly convenient for river cruise departures. The Prater area is charming, highlighted by its iconic amusement park. The Big Bus stop is nearby, making it very easy to explore the city. Hotel itself is new and offers a cozy lounge area along with a lovely outdoor. Rooms are a bit small, and we had a balcony facing back yard with children's play area, so now much of a view. Breakfast was good, enought to start the day.
