Old Vienna Apartments

Nice building in a residential neighborhood in a street without traffic and shops. Convenient location 300 meters the metro lines 2 and 4 while one stop you take the 1. In 15 min walk you are in the center. At 300 meters there is a Billa supermarket. Apartment on the first floor which is a triple room with comfortable beds, large table and large bathroom with a shower. Mini kitchenette with sink, fridge, induction cooker and coffee machine. Self check-in is convenient, you don’t have to carry your keys around. Defects only the strings of the roller shutters to handle with care because they are very worn and maybe not really nice the clean mattress covers to cover the white headboard of the beds to not ruin it (a big scarf would have been better...). The most distant attraction is shonnbrunn which is however directly connected with the metro under the house.

Ancient building, with completely renovated apartments, well divided and well furnished, clean, equipped with everything you need (dishes, induction hob, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, drying rack, even detergents and cleaning supplies; even the bathroom offers everything you need even toothpaste and shaving cream. It has a laundry area which is convenient! The location is excellent, a few steps from the subway in a quiet and peaceful area on the day of arrival they send the code to access the main door and the apartment door. Recommended!

Directions were good, as were instructions to get in and collect your key. Apartment was smaller than i thought it would be. I didn't realise that the double bed, single bed, dining table and chairs was all in one room. The kitchen was fully equipped and constructed in the main room as well. Seperate toilet and shower. Luggage storage was a good point. Apartment was clean. Beds were comfy and shower eas hot and powerful. Was woken by creaking noise from next door. Radiators were cold when we arrived but was resolved the next day. Residential area in a commercial district. Coupe of local restaurants. Very close to the underground station. Quick response from owners on questions. They live in the same building.
