Staff on duty during the day were very helpful and replenished room supplies promptly Several cafes close by for breakfast if you don't want to DIY. Recommend the Goldegg cafe up the road for authentic Viennese experience. Art Corner cafe does Greek and Austrian menu plus complimentary small dessert plate and digestif. 2 small supermarkets nearby - Brilla has good fresh food No real.cons just minor niggles. No USB charging points so remember to take euro plug adaptor No shaver/toothbrush socket in bathroom No bedding provided for sofa bed. I think they assumed we were a couple but actually mum and son so definitely didn't want to share! I used spare bedding from double. I could have asked the next morning but it was fine and we made do. Would definitely book again.

Error was made booking an overnight stay in Vienna on my account, but the staff were very understanding and accommodating to my family which was appreciate me after a 9 hr flight and jet lag. The rooms were clean and comfortable and spacious at a very reasonable price and excellent location within Vienna. 5/5🌟

Very friendly staff and late check-in was uncomplicated. Two important points: The trash can in the bathroom and kitchen should be emptied daily (regardless of the duration of the stay). And the box with the cosmetic wipes in the bathroom should be replaced when it is empty. Unfortunately, that was not the case with us.
