Radisson Blu Style Hotel

Centrally located hotel, but it does not meet 4-star hotel services: heating on lower floors does not work and they tell you that the central heating is off when it works on the upper floors (a lie); Wi-Fi does not work and they tell you there are coverage problems (another lie); ask for the private Wi-Fi. Room cleanliness leaves much to be desired... In short, a Radisson with management that is not very attentive to customer well-being and reception staff telling excuses that are not true...

The hotel has seen better days, the furniture is partly worn out, the carpets as well, and the cleanliness is poor (the bathroom, for example). The lighting is much too dim, and the music, for example in the breakfast room in the morning, is much too loud. During the three days over the weekend, the bar was only open once, but only for a private event. Due to a large construction site right next door, it was noisy and dusty.

The hotel is well located near everything, there are very good restaurants around. The room is a bit old, if it faces the street there is noise early in the morning, the breakfast is fine. It has a bar but it is closed. It lacks a bit of customer service. They should renovate it!!!!
