The Guesthouse Vienna

We have now been to The Guesthouse Vienna for the third time – and that alone actually says a lot. For us, this hotel has become a go-to address whenever we are in Vienna. The rooms are beautiful and very tastefully furnished: modern, high-quality, and cozy at the same time. The beds are high-quality. The bathroom, including the toiletries, is exceptional! Everything is extremely clean and well-thought-out, so you feel comfortable from the very first moment. A special plus is the minibar included in the room rate. It is restocked daily and offers wine and other alcoholic beverages in addition to non-alcoholic drinks. A generous detail that we really appreciate and that is no longer a matter of course these days. We would also like to particularly highlight the staff. During each of our stays, we were welcomed in an extremely friendly, attentive, and warm manner. The service is professional, yet never feels stiff or impersonal – it is exactly this mix that we like very much. The location could also hardly be better for a stay in Vienna. The hotel is wonderfully central; many sights and beautiful spots in the city center are easily reachable on foot. Nevertheless, the hotel itself feels pleasantly quiet and like a small retreat in the middle of the city. After our third stay, we can say: For us, The Guesthouse Vienna is one of those hotels you don't just return to because everything works – but because you truly feel comfortable and welcome there. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Our room exceeded expectations—beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos. The location was excellent, with most attractions within walking distance, and the view of the Albertina and Vienna State Opera was breathtaking. We had a fantastic stay and would gladly return!
