This was my second stay at this property. Though this time only a single room was available, it was very cozy, clean and fine for a single person. Location was spectacular for seeing the sights along with friendly staff willing to help wherever they can and the breakfast was very tasty (The scrambled eggs were Really great. Who would have thought scrambled eggs could be so good?) and a nice assortment. My work colleagues, who visited for the first time, echoed this praise, highlighting both the location, friendly staff, and breakfast as standout features of their stay. We would all return here without hesitation, though a little larger room would be our first choice.

Very nice hotel. Excellent service! Location is perfect, so central. They have different types of rooms. I got a room that I didn't like, but the stuff was very helpful and switched me to the room that suited me perfectly. I had a perfect stay there! Highly recommended.

As a solo female traveller in her 50s I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Hotel Wandl. It really is a hidden gem. The location was perfect and I walked to most of the main sites. The luxury shopping streets are steps away. Atmosphere: Charming and elegant. Walk outside the door and you are greeted by a stunning church and horse carriages. Rooms: My room was small but comfortable and it had everything I needed. I had plenty of room to open up my suitcase and hang my clothes (which some single rooms lack). It provided a relaxing, quiet and welcoming retreat for the 12km+ walks that I ended up doing most days! It was spotlessly clean which I appreciated and it was incredibly quiet considering its location. The staff were all friendly- the check-in staff, the cleaners, the breakfast staff and especially the lovely porter who was always ready to help and provide a smile ( I'm sorry but I didn't get your name). Breakfast was great. I even had bubbles one morning :-) I'm thrilled I came across Hotel Wandl in my research because it was amazing. I would return there in an instant and can't wait to go back there again one day soon. Thank you for making my stay in Vienna so memorable
