Authentic old hotel, rooms not luxurious but neat! Location in the center of Bruck and good ski bus connection. Owners really unfriendly can't even get a decent word out of their mouths! Feels absolutely unwelcome, breakfast good, evening nothing apparts but well the price is also towards that, but we seem like a bunch of animals that need to be fed! At dinner you enter before you hit your chair the soup is already there, you are asked pasta or meat, and when you take your last spoonful of soup the hot meal is already there! Salad buffet simple! In short mass is checkout in 15/20 min you have the meal in the quicker you are gone the rather, in short no empathy for the guests at all, I really do not recognize this after 35 years Austria so for us never again, despite it being somewhat price cheap

Hotel looks clean, very Austrian. Very nice that there are small decorations and pictures everywhere. You can really explore the hotel almost every course is different and beautiful really a top atmosphere hotel. There is a coat and towel hook missing in the room and bathroom. The food was also good, each time 2 choices and soup which made the dishes very good and the choice takes stress away. Dessert is different every night. The food is for vegetarians definitely fine and very tasty!!!!! Breakfast is buffet with plenty of choices. Also close to the ski bus and you can leave your skis in the hotel (free) which is also very convenient. The beds were good. Cozy rooms with nice mountain and church views. Also a good wellness with sauna and jacuzzi (but open from 16 to 19 hours in winter).

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Unfriendly and distant reception, without any explanation. Very dated room (the hotel as a whole is also very old fashioned). Only the bathroom was renovated, but they forgot to put a shower wall so the bathroom was completely under water when you showered. Breakfast was very limited. Once in 7 days I was asked if I wanted an egg. There were even no rolls on one day. The coffee was delicious, though.
