Mercure Salzburg City

Comfortable room with an excellent shower. Easy walk from train station and into old city. Our room was nice & quiet overlooking a small park. Tea, coffee & free mini bar with beer, soft drinks & a few nibbles. Didn't eat breakfast in this hotel but had a couple of dinners, Main meals were huge! Reception staff were very helpful.

I was with a group for solo travellers. The hotel was a short distance from the Old Town, which is where vacationers usually want to go. The room was lovely, very clean, service was good and the breakfast was excellent.

Located about ten minutes from the train station, a very convenient hotel for visiting the city of Mozart. Also convenient for parking by car, which was not an issue during our stay. The somewhat out-of-the-way setting is rather relaxing. Standard Mercure rooms, comfortable bedding. Very good breakfast.
