Alpine Club

We had a highly disappointing experience at this resort. First, the rooms themselves are definitely not up to a high standard, and the Wi-Fi was terrible—it did not work at all for my wife and only worked partially for me. We traveled to other hotels in the Schladming area, and for the same price range, they offer incredible activities for children—huge video game lounges, climbing walls, and much more. This hotel, however, only has a tiny room with a few stuffed animals and an old screen. It is absolutely not the right place for a family holiday, an opinion shared by other guests who stayed there with us. On top of that, they nickel-and-dime you for everything, even charging extra for an additional towel. They showed zero flexibility when our flight was moved earlier; we offered to pay a partial penalty fee to shorten our stay by one night, but they flatly refused. To make matters worse, after departure, they demonstrated a complete lack of honesty by charging our credit card €100 without notice. When we demanded proof, instead of providing evidence, they arbitrarily added another €150, bringing the total to €250 for alleged "mattress damage"—all without a single photo or receipt. Ultimately, this is every tourist's worst nightmare: you trust a hotel with your credit card for a standard security deposit, and they abuse that trust by taking your money dishonestly whenever they please. Unethical management. Highly advise against staying here

Magnificent region, as well as an ideal residence for a family. Very beautiful pool and sauna open from 7 AM to 11 PM. We occupied a 6/4 apartment on the top floor with a magnificent view.

We love our visits to Alpine Club. The area is beautiful and relaxing yet has amenities of the beautiful town of Schladming just down the hill. The skiing in this area is a great choice as 4 ski areas are connected. The accommodation is very typically Austrian and the atmosphere is very friendly. elisabeth and her reception team ensure that everything runs seamless and efficiently . The very helpful staff were especially appreciated by me this time as my husband had a problem and they supported me very well with practicalities and information. thank you Elisabeth, Kyryl, Julia and all the others ! The restaurant also deserves a mention ,nice food but I would like to see some more Austrian food on offer
