Easy check in and out. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to the water and offers various free activities using their summer card. Breakfast had both hot and cold items. Access is from the pedestrian mall but is very close to parking. Lots and lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Hotel very clean. good staff. l allways tell truth. but breakfast was cold eggs bacon. To go to entertainment was at sister hotel45 minutes away. which as the spa. entertainment one night in the streets. meals not cooked on monday.but rest of week. bacon well over cooked . staff friendly and helpful. the place is great. plenty buns food gift shops.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and professional staff. Varied breakfast buffet each day (scrambled eggs were excellent) and dinner is buffet starter (choice of two soups plus salad and bread), main choice of three (generally meat, fish or veggie) and dessert. Quality of the food is the best I've had in a hotel at this price point. Nice friendly atmosphere in the dining room in the evenings, but no other communal areas. Location is good. A 5 mins (uphill) walk to the nearest gondola and easy bus to nearby resorts (Saalbach, Kaprun etc). Our room was on on the side street and there was a bit of noise from revellers at night and early morning church bells, street cleaning and rubbish collection. If you're a light sleeper, then I suggest ear plugs. Rooms were clean and comfy, but not a lot of storage space in ours though. Hot shower with shampoo/bodywash provided. Wellness centre was closed due to damage when we there there so I cannot comment on the facilities.
