very nice, modern wellness hotel. In particular, the consistently friendly and helpful staff is impressive. Whether at the reception - we immediately felt welcome and comfortable - at the bar, in the sauna, or in the restaurant. The good room service should not be forgotten here either. It is noticeably clean everywhere. The wellness area is sufficiently large, and the sauna infusions are a highlight. Unfortunately, there is no designated relaxation room. The interior "relaxation area" (the passage from the pool access to the sauna area) quickly gets crowded in bad weather. The food is good, but it offers no surprises or special culinary experiences. There is some room for improvement regarding coordination and arrangement (with a few exceptions). Especially the vegetarian dishes are disappointingly uninspired and could be significantly improved in flavor. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, the bathrooms modern, and above all, very clean. Unfortunately, the beds are very narrow and do not meet our expectations. The location is good; however, you can hear the nearby main road at night, especially the Ötztaler Ache.

A really great hotel, delicious food, beautiful surroundings, very nice staff, everything clean, etc. I can only recommend it further.
