Hotel Seppl Familie&Spa

Small, privately managed hotel in very cozy small village in Alp's region, provides you fantastic atmosphere, sometimes with specific smell of manure :-). It located nearby to tram stop so withing 30 min you will reach Innsbruck center and enjoy centuries of the history exploring palaces and museums. We stayed in great large room with breathtaking view, room was very clean, one thing was missing is a fridge. Room was quiet. We booked 1/2 board and we really enjoyed breakfast and dinner with great choices of local dishes. They also have cute little pond where you can jump and cool down during hot day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free convenient parking and pet friendly, although quite pricy for little dog. It is not cheap but we enjoyed it .

We stayed 3 nights on a half-board basis. The hotel is well located, the food is good, and a choice between 3 dishes is offered each day. Efforts need to be made regarding the reception and dining room service. The front desk cannot provide sufficient information about the region. The service is acceptable but the friendliness is at its minimum. We were not informed that the rooms were only cleaned every 2 days. The safe in our room did not work and the shower head was broken. At our request, another room was offered to us the next day. Future guests, ask for a room with a view of the village, otherwise it is too sad.

Well located but stingy management in all areas: no cleaning when staying for several days. Nothing left at breakfast as early as 9 a.m. Not a single bathroom accessory (cotton, shower cap). For the spa, you have to ask for bathrobes, towels, and the opening of the sauna.
