Stayed here over New year's with 3 children and two adults. This was without a doubt the worst place I've ever stayed. The so called kitchen was tiny, the location was in the middle of an industrial estate with lorries and cars driving at all times of night. The towels supplied we're 10 year old hand towels and the apartment wasn't serviced in the entire week we were there. This apartment block isn't near the town of Zell am se.

In the end everything was good. The flat was very big and nice. 2 showers, 2 toilets and one big bath. Nice! One night it was a bit cold but when we say it to reception, they add some degrees and it was good after that.

A fmaily of four (two adults & two children), stsyed in one bedroom with sofabed (queen size) The location is really perfect & very lively ... so many supermarkets around (the closest is Penny is just the opposite side of main road, in addition to McDonald's. Also, easy access to lake area, Caprun, and other villages near by, convenient free parking. The room itself was good, clean and an amazing big balcony overlooking the mountains with snow on its top! There's a temperature controlled indoor pool and sauna and and outdoor table tennis and kids playing area. In addition-of course- ti Zell am see - Kaprun summer card! The lady was really very nice and friendly. The only downside is: there was no dish washing machine, no proper ventilation for the kitchenette, small size of kitchenette and dining area. Finally, we really loved our stay there, and definitely we recommend it. we wish to come back!
