You can expect more from a 4 star hotel. Public toilets are equipped with partitions, restaurant is terribly hot, there is no bar in the hotel so in the evening a dead lot. we were in the dependence and there was not vacuumed once in the 5 days that we were there, everything was laid straight and that was it. All in all a disappointment.

We spent a week at the Klockerhaus in early October. The room was very appealing and considerably more modern than shown on the Website. We particularly liked the varied and delicious food, which was served in the form of a four-course meal in the evening. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and gave the impression of being happy to work there. The location right next to the Krimml waterfalls invites you to beautiful hikes and excursions to Salzburger Land. The only thing we could complain about was the mixed weather, we recommend the hotel without reservation.

Beautiful. Family run hotel in perfect location. The food was very good and nicely presented, the value for money excellent. You can see from many thoughtful details that the management cares about the guests. The swimming pond is also beautiful. We would love to come back
