I had the worst customer experience with this hotel. I booked and paid the FULL amount of €2,618 for a Junior Suite with a lake view. An hour after capturing my non-refundable payment, the reservation desk called me stating the room was not available and proposed me to choose between changing rooms mid-stay or losing the lake view .They refused to offer any dynamic discount for their own system error and immediately canceled my booking, stating my money would be held for up to 21 days The most shocking part? While they were telling me on the phone that no rooms were available, their official website was (and still is) showing 3 Junior Suites with lake views completely available for my exact dates When confronted with this evidence, the staff made poor excuses. This is deceptive, and completely unacceptable for a self-proclaimed 4-star Superior hotel. Unprofessional management and zero respect for guests.

Another perfect stay at the Hotel Seespitz The Hotel Seespitz in Seefeld thrilled us once again. Very nice room, a family atmosphere, and a team that is not only extremely friendly and helpful, but also provides real feel-good moments with a lot of humor. The food is excellent and a highlight every day. The location is unbeatable: Numerous hiking trails start directly at the hotel, so the car can stay parked for the entire vacation. A place to relax, laugh, and return to — a clear five stars.

Relaxing stay in this house in a very beautiful location right by the lake, quiet, good food with very nice service. Also for activities (e.g. golf) with very good accessibility and yet central.
