Sport- Und Familienhotel Klausen

The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and the food is good. However during the heatwaves of June the inside spaces are unbearable. Even opening windows does not help. Only book when the weather is suitable as no fans or aircondition are available.

We had an amazing stay at Klausen Hotel. We received a lovely welcome from Michaela Hauser on arrival and she was able to share information about events that were on locally that may interest us. We were upgraded to a lovely room which was spacious. We were half board and the food was exceptional, thanks to owner-chef Andy Hauser. The service within the restaurant was also very good -staff attentive. The hotel decor was lovely and kept clean and tidy. The wellness area and spa were an added treat and we used this area daily. Location next to the gondola was really good as we were cycling and walking in the hills. We hired bikes from the nearby intersport where staff there were also attentive. Plenty to do in the area and we received guest cards on arrival that allowed us to use the local buses and valley trains free of charge. This was great. We will definitely return and look forward to visiting again .

The Hotel Klausen has received us very friendly and informed about everything necessary. Our room was cozy, clean, well equipped. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and varied and extensive. The staff was friendly and polite. In the basement there is a small indoor pool, with sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin. There are showers, a relaxation room and access to the garden with sun loungers.
