Extremely pleasant and competent staff. The hotel offers many possibilities for the whole family. Zell am See has never presented itself as friendly as it did this time.

We've recently returned from a lovely 5 nights. Lovely big family room, the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable so we asked for another mattress and they were swift to change. The kids loved the different pools especially the natural pool. Wonderful location, breakfast was delicious, staff very helpful and the kids buffet in the evenings was a winner. Very well located for buses to surrounding attractions and the mobility card and summer card was a brilliant bonus. Really enjoyed our trip.
