I give it one star because I cannot give less. Very, very dirty. After 2 days without cleaning the room, I almost begged them to at least clean the bathroom. They tell me that they do not clean every day; I would say not even every 3 days, as that is how many nights I stayed and I did not see it cleaned; I finally managed to get them to clean the toilet bowl, and that is all they did; they did not even bother to sweep the bathroom floor. In the room, they do not clean directly 🤢 I was in a mixed room of 4: I was in a bed so close to the one next to me that sometimes when we turned over while sleeping, we bumped into each other. There are no lockers or places to leave luggage or backpacks; if you get up at night, you stumble over all the luggage between your bed and the exit or the bathroom. There is no air conditioning anywhere, neither in the rooms nor in a lounge to sit, NOTHING, I would prefer to go to a park to be under a tree. Sleeping in that heat was torture.

We are very disappointed with our stay. We had reserved a dormitory for women, but upon arriving around midnight, we were placed in a room that also had a man in it. Since we arrived late and the lights were off, we did not notice anything at the moment. It was only the next morning that we discovered the presence of a man about 60 years old, shirtless, in what was supposed to be an exclusively female dormitory. This situation is completely unacceptable and seriously calls into question the respect for the safety and comfort of the female guests. Furthermore, the front desk staff was particularly unpleasant and indifferent to the problems encountered. Finally, I bought an ice cream advertised at the price of €1, but I was charged €3. When I reported the error, I was simply told that the displayed prices were incorrect before the employee went to change the label. Between the disrespect for the reservation, the lack of professionalism of the staff, and the pricing issues, this experience was very disappointing. I do not recommend this establishment.

Booked for a week. CheckIn has already been a disaster, despite present booking and payment confirmation, could not find a booking. The check-in therefore took almost an eternity until the booking was found at some point. We 2 young women felt very uncomfortable as we were chatted up several times in the lobby by men. On the 3rd night, 3 young foreign men entered our room. These cannot be locked from the inside. It was only through a cry for help that the young men left the room. As it turned out later it can happen that cards fit for all rooms, which was also confirmed and verified by the lady and the reception. In our opinion, this intrusion into the room represents a NoGo. Especially for a hotel/hostel that is sure to advertise for women. At no time did we feel safe. After this incident we left the hostel that night. At the reception we were assured that we would be refunded the entire amount of the booking. We were refunded only a partial amount. Our recommendation for women is very clear: Get away from this hostel!
