AC not working. Rooms are half dirty Windows not properly cleaned. Food so so, something is very good, eggs for exmample are not cooked enough. Definitely not coming here again.

There is this guy, he saved my night He was service minded, did more than most People. Erhan.ercan2003@gmail.com He is the best. Send him your appreciaition. He is just super. I had a Hard time to check in with all the info needed. Everything internet based and many, many clicks and steps. He found me looking for the hotel, walked me to it. Helped me check in, although he was on his way home. This is a great guy.

We had a great time in fhe hotel, the staff (especially Mahmoud) was very helpful and accommodating with our requests. Thank you for the great flexibility! Great location if you are attending a program in the exhibition center nearby. Spacious rooms also.
