Terrible experience. We had two rooms, in the larger one upon arrival at the room, well past the requested check-in time, in addition to the filth with food residue in the bathroom, the television was clearly broken after perhaps a fall, given that the TV crystals were black. Outside the door was a bag with leftover food that remained there despite us having pointed it out. In general, cleanliness is optional, so much so that in the smaller room upon returning from a day out, at 9:00 PM the room still hadn't been cleaned and after two phone calls with responses like "it's too late to clean now" "I'm sorry, we don't have other rooms," I had to take care of it myself, after 40 minutes of useless waiting, by getting towels from a service room on the floor. The breakfast is not at all up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. We stayed for several nights and systematically found runners in the elevators who, through no fault of their own, were unable to go up or down because they didn't have an elevator key card, and they were ignored by the reception staff who were at another entrance. Ridiculous value for money. To the hotel management… I advise you to plug the gap between the sliding entrance doors (I have photos) because while I was going out to smoke, a mouse slipped inside. A positive note, the food and the restaurant staff, all extremely kind, prompt, and helpful. DO NOT GO THERE.
