Auderer Hotel

Ten times we were welcomed at the reception and each time we had a nice stay. The service is right here. Everything is very good from check-in to breakfast, afternoon coffee, dinner to the spacious nicely decorated room. The staff is very accommodating and as a regular we feel really comfortable here. If we have a comment about the room, the woman at the reseption immediately makes sure that a problem is fixed. With very many of the staff we were per you and on the last stay we noticed a new young waitress who was immediately seen to be doing her job with pleasure. Her name is Lea and chatting with her makes the day even more beautiful. We once again had a wonderful room to relax in. We are guaranteed to get there a few more times.

Fascinated by the imposing mountains of Austria through our previous year's holiday, we booked the three-day stay in this hotel directly with the owner because of the numerous positive reviews with the high recommendation, the included Pitztal Sommer Card with its numerous perks and the all-inclusive catering service. After only five minutes by car we floated with the gondola to the mountain station at over 2 000 m. The entrance to the two-hour ascent and descent in the liveable Rosengarten Gorge was also only ten minutes away. In the wide double bed we were able to recover from the efforts of the day. In the spacious closet we could easily hang our clothes on numerous hangers, or put them in several compartments. A glass partition in the apparently new bathroom protected the rest of the room from splashes and spills from the shower, while the traces of the day could easily be eliminated under the modern rain shower with hand shower. The sink offered enough space for our washing utensils, shampoo and shower gel we had stored handy in the basket in the shower area. Unfortunately, in the spatially separated toilet area, probably due to the room dimensions, a small sink for cleaning the hands after going to the toilet is missing. While the carpeting did not bother us as a non-allergy sufferer, we missed a basic level of privacy on the balcony due to the lack of separation. Already at check-in we felt very well taken care of by the friendly appearance of the boss and his young employees and were able to get to our room within minutes because the necessary data had already been transmitted online. The addressed young lady from the reception and a young man served the food courses very friendly, with a smile on their face and repeatedly inquired whether everything was okay or there were any wishes. Two other ladies cleaning up the restaurant, on the other hand, seemed a bit reserved and uncertain. For the duration of our stay, we were assigned a table in the visually impressive restaurant as soon as we entered for the duration of our stay. For breakfast we helped ourselves to a wide-ranging buffet with different bread and rolls, various cheese and sausage offers, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, ... Whoever wanted could also cook an egg of their own gusto. Treats liked jams, honey and squirrels. Health-conscious people may have chosen cereals or picked up the necessary vitamin boost for the day with the fruit and yogurt on offer. At the hot drinks station we picked up our required amount of coffee in a pot, others chose the appropriate type of tea. In order for those in charge to get their bearings, we were already able to choose from two available dishes for dinner, a children's menu rounded off the offer here. Every evening, two soups beckoned at the buffet before the delicate, visually enticing main course was served. Everyone refined it according to their preferences at the varied salad buffet before a tasty dessert was served daily. Between 14:00 and 22:00 we were able to supply ourselves with the appropriate drink at the beverage station.

First, I have to say the staff is the friendliest I have ever experienced in any hotel. The rooms were a lil outdated and the shower was very small. However, I had a nice big balcony with great view to the mountains. Breakfast Buffet was great. Lunch we got a lil snack put on our table and were able to take whatever we wanted from the Breakfast buffet to take with us. For dinner there were always 2 options plus a childs menu. Soup and Salad for dinner was also Buffet style. The dinner plate at first looked like a childs plate, very small but after you eat a salad and soup you didn't need much more. Presentation on the plates was also very nice. Since we booked all incl for 5 days we got daily ride with the lift up to the mountain included, and also the lil kiddie train ride. I definitely recommend to take the lift because the view was breath taking. That kiddie train I would say take a pillow to sit on with you. It's also a great way to get some good pics but its a long ride and at the end of it you get 45min-1hr to walk around, have coffee or a drink and then ride back. 4hrs was too long of a ride for me. There is a shopping center close but still some shops have not opened yet or just opened and some other nice stores. Wifi in the hotel didn't work day 1 but staff immediately fixed it after we told them. Plenty channels to watch but tv was tiny. Overall I would definitely come back to this hotel.
