Hotel Kapeller

We were passing through Innsbruck for two days and are very glad that we stayed at Hotel Kappeler. The great view of the church and the mountains is especially beautiful. The staff members are very warm and friendly, so you feel welcome immediately. The guest room in the suite is a bit small and the sofa bed was also rather compact, but it was very cozy. Overall, we felt very comfortable here and would recommend the hotel at any time.

We spent two nights in this beautiful and comfortable hotel – a real surprise! Arrival: May 18, Departure: May 20, 2026. We booked a room with a double bed and a third bed for our son. Instead, we found ourselves almost like in a small apartment with all the comforts: spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, with two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with a large double sofa bed, both with a TV, a refrigerator full of drinks and snacks. The staff was always very accommodating and helpful, the breakfast was perfect – a generous buffet – and there were two very convenient, free parking spaces, one outdoors and one covered. A truly wonderful experience, very close to Innsbruck. Thank you very much for everything, until next time! Luisa, Ennio, and Alessandro Paini

We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 6 in 2 rooms with children aged 10-17. We loved this hotel and would highly recommend it and definitely come back. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. We requested extra pillows with no problems. Plenty of hot water and rooms nice and warm. The parking garage was perfect and always plenty of space even though the hotel was busy. The breakfast was also great and we always got a table and enjoyed the different foods. My one improvement would be to add sausages and croissants to the options but that’s personal preference and we were very satisfied. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
