I stayed here for two weeks as I was visiting the University of Innsbruck. The service here was GREAT, from the front desk, breakfast staff, and cleaning crew! If you are looking for a quiet cozy place to stay with modern amenities this place is perfect. The stay comes with a "Welcome to Innsbruck" card that gets you on most of the public transport services as well as cable cars! Since I was solo traveling the smaller room size with queen size bed was no issue for me and everything was clean and well kept. Worth the price for the location!

Good hotel but the room I stayed in was small and the bathroom very small

Beautiful hotel, very well located. We had a small table by the window with a lovely view of the mountains. From the train, we walked the short distance (about 10 minutes) to the hotel. The hotel has air conditioning, which we appreciated. The only downside is that it all stopped at night (kind of a timer, pre-programmed that we cannot change…). So we had to get up and restart everything. Otherwise, everything was exceptional. The breakfast was great too ;-)
