Hotel Madlein

Great location 2 mins from cable car , staff were super efficient, hotel was quality , rooms were large and modern views were amazing bar was great and spa was excellent . we had a great trip and all the staff and facilities were excellent highly recommended

Totally formidable stay at Madlein. Great clean rooms, great spa area, very friendly and helpful staff. Best recommendation from here

The location is very good, on this advantage one unfortunately rests here. This is what we have experienced: - if you walk past the reception you are the first to greet - Breakfast buffet manageable, the charm of the boss of the service is actually already off-putting, just unfriendly.. so it doesn`t work - Wellness area disastrous , the sauna infusion contradicts all Basic rules of a sauna culture, 4 infusions are administered silently in 9 minutes. The infusion has no idea about sauna. - on the invoice you will find € 14,- credit card fee, what is this ??, I would like to have back - Positive: Food very well, the Somelier knows his way around and is eager Conclusion: a more than disappointing performance for such an established house, a pity that you so "let go", actually a rip-off , we never come back and dedicate ourselves to quality tourism, just weak..
