Reservation made for one week with a deposit payment, and upon our arrival, we are asked to pay for the entire stay!! Well, there are better ways to be welcomed, which was quite impersonal, by the way!! The family atmosphere is missing Room 701 beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-equipped, but the mattress was very worn out and, above all, no ventilation. Impossible to open the French window because we are located above the kitchen ventilation, and noise disturbances are guaranteed all night long Varied breakfast, but the bread is not worthy of a baker; that is a shame The dinner dishes are excellent, but after a day of cycling or hiking, it is better to help yourself at the salad buffet, which was the same every day of our stay The spa is very good, and we enjoyed the beautiful pool Bad experience for us

I give the hotel a high rating because we really enjoyed the facilities, the food, and the kind and welcoming attitude of the staff. At the same time, there are several points worth mentioning in order to improve the experience: The omelets and coffee were self-service rather than being served by staff. Out of the two coffee machines, one was out of order for two days, which created a long queue for coffee. In addition, all the food was placed in chafing dishes, which were very inconvenient to use — they are heavy, and you find yourself lifting a heavy lid with one hand while holding a plate with the other. The pool water was too cold, and finally, the bedside cabinet was higher than the bed, which caused me to hit my head on it and left a mark. Overall, however, the hotel is very pleasant.

Had a wonderful experience all round. Stayed in standard room with balcony and view towards Kitzbuhel. Room was of good standard, very clean, comfortable bed, bathroom with shower over bath rather than separate shower, small kitchen type table with chairs, sofa and flat screen TV. Fridge also included. Breakfast was extensive and evening meals were all beautiful presented and tasted really good. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly, courteous and helpful at all times. Spa area was extensive with long open hours. Plenty of towels and spotless. I used swimming pool and fitness rooms each morning and again were all top quality. The situation is beautiful with many nice walks in close proximity and a small peaceful town . Would highly recommend and could find very view faults.
