Hotel Andreas Hofer

The hotel itself is nicely equipped, friendly staff, nicely furnished. Our room, on the other hand, was a bit dated, the bathroom a bit old, only a tub shower, sink cracked. Unfortunately no air conditioning, the room was definitely 28 degrees with an outside temperature of 32 degrees, not so nice. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable, but for the price, one could expect a bit more.

We were there in June. The hotel is optimally located, right in the city center. The house is modernly furnished, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The free guest card allows for interesting visits, e.g., to the fortress or to Riedel Glass. The parking options are excellent. Only the in-house restaurant could not quite keep up. Unfortunately, the service was not very attentive and the food was mediocre.

06.06 2026 we were with a group of 52 people. The food was excellent! But the service we received was terrible. We were still insulted at the end by the waitress "SONE" (because we heard how she called us vulgar... who did not leave her tringelt. (Very Arrogant and rude person),
