Zugspitze - Silence Sporthotel

Nice view of the Zugspitze But hotel in need of a lot of renovation the foreign services are partly unfriendly overall poor service with snappy answers and comments The kitchen is monotonous from the menu every week the same dishes

Claims to be also a Cafe, but when we arrived at 4pm today we were told in a very abrupt way, no we cannot get a coffee. Yes, they just had a bus of guest arrive, but that was for the hotel and not the restaurant /cafe, so not even being able to serve coffee is very poor.

What a great place to stay The staff were all friendly and could not do enough for us. Fantastic views of the mountain Well worth a stay wish I could have stayed longer A real gem in the mountains i will be back I know.
